Where I can buy online? Legrand Indonesia is available in 3 marketplace platform, Tokopedia, Shopee, and Blibli.

What are the hours for customer service? 08:00 - 17:00
Where do I go if I have additional questions not answered below? Please chat our customer service in the marketplace. Our team is ready  during working hours 08:00-17:00.
What shipping carrier do you use? We use marketplace logistic partner. For further information, please visit each marketplace to find what shipping carrier they used.
How can I check my order status? You can track your order from by visiting respective marketplace. On Delivery tab, each marketplace will update your package status as soon as your package ships, which you can use any time to check its progress.
I havent received the item, but the order status is already complete Please chat our customer service in the marketplace. We will help to investigate it.
How quickly will my order arrive? The estimated delivery dates are displayed in the order tracker in each marketplace.
Carriers can be impacted by different events in certain areas. This is will depend on your courier choice. Jakarta between 1-2 days, outside Jakarta area might take 2-7 days max.
Do you accept international orders? Sorry, we are not able to accept international orders. All the transactions conduct in Indonesia's local marketplace only.
Do you ship on holidays? Sorry, we ship during working days only.
How do I cancel or modify an order placed on the Legrand marketplace? If the order status is already proceced, you might not cancel or modify the order
What payments method I can use? Please refer to each marketplace payment method.
My item arrived damaged. Can I get a refund or exchange it for another one? Unfortunately, the refund is not possible, but we can assist you for the exchange.

All the marketplaces has complaint tab. You need to provided the unboxing and picture of the damaged items as prove and submit it there. Please return the damaged item first back to the address and we will investigate it. After validation, we will send the new item to you. Whole process will take est. 7-14 days. Item damaged within guarantee period (after use) A year warranty is provided on all Legrand Indonesia online products. You need to have the proof of purchase (invoice) and chat our customer service in the marketplace platform you purchased. This warranty is limited to either the repair or replacement of the defective product during its warranty period.
Item damaged during shipment We ensure all of our online customer to opted for insurance for their product to avoid the risk of loss or damage during transit. Legrand Indonesia have authorities to refused any complaints caused by shipping error.
Can I preorder item not available in the marketplace? Currently, we don't take any preorder. But, if you want to get information about related item, please chat our customer service.
